Returns Policy

Our goal is to be fair and transparent with our delivery and return processes.

Delivery Promise

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–10 business days, while international shipments can take longer due to customs processing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

01Returns Process

Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and require approval before sending anything back.

If you need to return an unused jacket, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.

02Hygiene & Usage

We have final say on all return requests. Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on jackets that have been worn or used.

In the past, some customers bought jackets, used them until they got dirty, and then tried to return them. For hygiene reasons and to be fair to all our customers, we only accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached.

If there's a genuine issue with your product, please contact us first. We're here to help find a solution.

03Damaged or Defective

If your jacket arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

The Process

We will assess the issue and offer a solution such as a replacement or refund.

Requirement

Make sure to provide clear photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim quickly.

04Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and processed, we will issue a refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Keep in mind that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
